As a co-op intern, your work will involve reviewing drawings, preparing detailed bills of quantities, and collaborating on pricing with subcontractors. This position will enhance your skills in using estimating software and understanding the procurement process, making it essential for your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Estimating team on various tasks

• Review drawings and documentation for estimates

• Prepare and manage bills of quantities using advanced software

• Research and compile relevant historical costing data

• Maintain organized documentation for estimating accuracy

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• Basic knowledge of estimating and construction helpful

• Ability to interpret construction drawings

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam preferred
