Key Responsibilities- Fulfill the planning and QA standards for SPO projects
- Develop, manage, and implement jobsite safety initiatives
- Analyze project scopes and complexity for effective sequencing
- Supervise trade labor while fostering a positive environment
- Monitor and report on project progress and materials
- At least 3 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Minimum 5 years performing carpentry work
- Expert in building construction and project management
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety practices
