Urban Transportation Construction Director

As a Construction Director at Aecon, you will drive all aspects of construction for major urban infrastructure projects. This senior-level role requires 15+ years of leadership experience, focusing on safety, cost, schedule, and quality. Engage with subcontractors and manage risks while integrating construction with design development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead collaborative construction activities and delivery models
• Develop and enforce the Construction Management Plan
• Manage mobilization and field organization for projects
• Provide constructability leadership during design phases
• Control the construction risk profile and stakeholder interactions
Requirements:
• 15+ years in construction leadership roles
• Experience on projects exceeding $500M
• Familiarity with urban transit and rail projects
• Strong knowledge of Lean construction practices
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
