Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project bids using architectural plans

• Conduct site visits to ensure scope accuracy

• Collaborate with architects and engineers for clarification

• Provide comprehensive cost breakdowns for each project

• Submit proposals through platforms like SEAO and BSDQ

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in exterior estimating

• Strong knowledge of construction principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

• Bilingual in French and English

• Analytical mindset with high organizational skills
