Position: Ontario Line Construction Manager Role
Join Bantrel Infrastructure as an experienced Construction Manager for the Ontario Line project in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on overseeing construction operations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

As part of a dynamic Infrastructure team, you will lead all aspects of site management, including logistics planning, contract administration, and quality assurance. Your leadership will be essential in managing both the project scope and the performance of contractors to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction logistics planning for the Ontario Line

• Oversee contractor schedules and installation practices

• Engage with engineering teams on design and constructability

• Promote health and safety best practices on the project

• Support project controls with cost and schedule management

Requirements:

• Relevant degree and at least 10 years of experience

• Proven experience in infrastructure mega-projects

• Familiarity with project delivery functions and safety standards

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities

• Commitment to Environment, Safety, and Health
