Subcontract Administrator

Position: Subcontract Administrator at Webuild
Webuild is looking for a Subcontract Administrator to oversee the Connect 6ix project in Toronto, focusing on procurement and effective contract management. Excel in deployment and communication while maintaining contractor relationships.

This role will entail monitoring subcontract performances and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. As part of the Contract team, you'll report to the Subcontract Manager and deal directly with negotiations and claims management, enhancing the overall project execution. Your soft skills and technical knowledge will play an important role in project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned subcontracts from negotiation through delivery

• Coordinate with relevant departments on contract performance

• Implement claim Management procedures and track changes

• Provide timely correspondence and documentation

• Maintain positive relationships with external subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

• Experience of 5+ years in contract administration or similar

• Strong knowledge of construction law

• Excellent skills in contract management software

• Good command of the English language
