Lead residential and commercial projects in Toronto as a full-time Construction Project Manager. Oversee construction activities to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
This role with a boutique real estate development firm requires significant experience in project management, particularly in multidisciplinary construction. You will be responsible for developing schedules, maintaining budgets, and coordinating with trade contractors and suppliers. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with various stakeholders, ensuring project compliance and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop construction schedules in partnership with the Employer
• Manage project budgets and cost reports effectively
• Coordinate with site supervisors for labor compliance
• Process contract drawings and ensure adherence to specifications
• Communicate with all stakeholders professionally
Requirements:
• University degree or college diploma required
• 10+ years in project management experience
• Proficiency in contract and cost management
• Solid understanding of construction techniques and trades
• Experience with Ontario Building Code and regulations
Utilize your project management skills to drive successful construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
