Join Aecon as an Assistant Coordinator focusing on aggregates in Toronto, Ontario. This 8-month co-op role emphasizes Fill Management Systems and project compliance to ensure successful execution.
As part of your role, you will support daily operations in Fill-Construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. The opportunity includes managing data systems and reporting issues for corrective actions. You will work closely with project coordinators to maintain project quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and uphold the Site Fill Management System
• Oversee data collection and analysis
• Support daily Fill-Construction activities
• Communicate potential issues for mitigation
• Collaborate with project coordinators to meet project goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in planning or environmental science
• Relevant internship experience in civil construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license necessary
