As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll support the Project Superintendent in managing construction tasks. This role requires a strong foundation in structural drawings and a minimum of five years in high-rise construction. You'll coordinate laborers, enforce safety regulations, and contribute to the completion of projects on time, while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and direct construction site activities
• Enforce compliance with design and project budgets
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and schedules
• Attend meetings with consultants and record progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs
Requirements:
• Construction-related University Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of high-rise construction experience
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and cost control
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Ability to solve issues proactively
