We are seeking a driven and experienced Site Supervisor to lead and manage daily site operations for restoration, renovation and general contractors projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can ensure site efficiency, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, trades, and site staff to maintain project schedules and scope.
Monitor construction progress and proactively address issues or delays to keep projects on track.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OHSA regulations and company safety protocols.
Interpret and work from blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to guide field operations.
Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, consultants, inspectors, and clients to report on-site progress and challenges.
Manage material deliveries, site inventory, and logistics to ensure timely execution and minimize disruptions.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily site reports, work logs, and project documentation.
Participate in project start-up and close-out activities, including deficiency tracking, final inspections, and punch list completion.
Ensure safe and proper use, storage, and maintenance of site tools, equipment, and temporary structures.
Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in construction, in general construction, restoration or renovation projects. ICI Projects.
Solid understanding of construction practices, building codes, and health & safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team coordination and problem-solving.
Experience managing subcontractors and site logistics.
Proficiency in preparing site documentation and reports.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Working at Heights) are an asset.
Education & Certifications
Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
IICRC Certification (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) is an asset.
