Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing architectural finishes, coordinating interfaces, and managing subcontractors on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension. This role demands excellent project management skills and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction of architectural finishes like cladding and roofing

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards

• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams for integration

• Monitor performance and health and safety adherence of subcontractors

• Manage budgets, change orders, and RFPs for projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field

• 10+ years in managing architectural works

• Strong knowledge of finishes and materials in public infrastructure

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Professional Engineer or Architect designation, preferred
