Position: On-Site Construction Estimator Role
Join a dedicated team as an On-Site Construction Estimator, focusing on project estimates, costs, and financial analysis. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in construction estimation.

In this hands-on position, you will prepare detailed estimates for labor and materials while interpreting blueprints and specifications. Key tasks include creating master format and elemental format estimates while conducting feasibility studies for new projects. You will also monitor contract expenditures and advise on tendering procedures to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labor and materials for projects

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately

• Create detailed report sheets, bids, and quotes

• Implement cost monitoring and reporting systems

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for prospective projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in construction estimation

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and Word

• Strong understanding of commercial and institutional construction

• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines
