Job Description:
As the Site Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site activities of our high-rise construction projects. Working across departments, you will ensure the successful execution of projects from planning to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise in high-rise construction, along with your commitment to sustainability, will be vital in delivering exceptional results and advancing the mission of Mitrex and Cladify.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise cladding, façade, and BIPV installation activities on-site
- Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and installation procedures
- Coordinate the daily activities of installers and subcontractors
- Coordination with GC & Consultants
- Act as the primary on-site contact with general contractors, consultants, and inspectors
- Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings
- Resolve site conflicts related to façade installation, structure, windows, and waterproofing interfaces
- Plan installation sequences and ensure alignment with the overall construction schedule
- Identify potential delays or conflicts and develop recovery plans
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics with internal teams
- Perform regular site inspections to verify quality and installation accuracy
- Coordinate mock-ups, inspections, and consultant reviews
- Ensure deficiencies are tracked and resolved
- Enforce health and safety procedures on-site
- Ensure work complies with local codes, regulations, and company safety standards
- Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular site reports, installation updates, and progress tracking
- Communicate site issues and risks to internal project managers and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in construction site management
- Strong experience with building envelope systems such as Rainscreen cladding, Metal panels and Architectural façade systems
- Experience with high-rise or large ICI projects
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and installation details
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Proficiency with MS Office and construction management tools
