The Architectural Construction Manager position at ACCIONA involves overseeing all architectural activities for major projects, including the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension. You will lead the construction of finishes, coordinate with various teams, and handle technical issues. Excellence in management, professionalism, and sustainability are key expectations of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct architectural finish construction including ceilings and partitions

• Ensure adherence to architecture and quality specifications

• Facilitate integration of multiple engineering disciplines

• Supervise performance of subcontractors with a focus on safety

• Conduct inspections and verify standards in materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master’s an asset

• 10+ years in architectural project management

• Knowledge of transit architecture and materials used

• Proven track record in stakeholder management

• Strong organizational and communication abilities
