This role involves preparing detailed estimates for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects while fostering relationships with local sub-trades. Your expertise and knowledge will drive pre-construction efforts, ensuring accurate budgeting and scope management for successful project execution.

• Prepare detailed construction budget estimates and analysis
• Support pre-construction efforts across designated projects
• Conduct site surveys and confirm project conditions
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and engineers
• Play a key role in RFP responses and presentations

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in ICI sector
• Robust knowledge of construction management practices
• Proficiency in estimating and quantity take-off software
• Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
