Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will be part of the Building Operations team, responsible for evaluating materials and manpower for projects ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion.

Your 8+ years of ICI construction experience will be crucial in preparing accurate estimates and fostering client and trade partner relationships. Providing mentorship to junior estimators is a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate materials and manpower for project needs
Create quantity summaries in alignment with plans
Determine project-specific pricing
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
Review supplier and subcontractor submissions

Requirements

University degree or diploma in estimation
At least 8 years in ICI construction estimation
Knowledge of excavation and formwork techniques
Familiarity with estimation software tools
Proven mentorship experience with junior estimators
