In this role at Pomerleau, you will join the Building Operations team, where your expertise in ICI construction will influence project estimations ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion. You will evaluate materials and manpower, develop pricing strategies, and nurture relationships with clients and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate materials and manpower for construction needs

• Create quantity summaries adhering to project plans

• Determine pricing specific to each project

• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders

• Review submissions from suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in estimation

• Minimum of 8 years in ICI construction estimation

• Knowledge of excavation and formwork techniques

• Familiarity with estimation software tools

• Proven ability to mentor junior estimators
