Internship in Construction Management

Take on a paid, eight-month internship in construction with Dream Unlimited starting September 2026. Work alongside experienced professionals supporting construction and project management tasks in downtown Toronto.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in relevant Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering programs. You will support tasks including document control, construction estimating, project scheduling, and assist in meetings with various stakeholders. This role will provide invaluable exposure to the construction industry and its best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct construction estimating and product research

• Manage document control for all relevant projects

• Schedule and monitor project timelines effectively

• Prepare scope definitions and bid analyses

• Document site meetings and follow up with trades

Requirements:

• Active enrollment in Project Management or Engineering programs

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project is preferred

• Aspiration to pursue a career in project management

• Excellent project coordination and communication abilities

• Eagerness to learn within a dynamic environment
