Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations

• Address construction issues proactively

• Maintain records and report project status regularly

• Monitor and manage project costs

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in civil engineering or management

• 15-20 years in TBM construction supervision

• In-depth knowledge of civil construction standards

• Effective communication and team leadership skills

• Experience in urban settings and union workforce
