The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our growing Toronto construction team and lead the day-to-day site delivery of purpose-built rental apartment projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
Reporting to the Director of Construction and working closely with the Project Manager, the Site Superintendent will be accountable for site safety, field execution, short- and long-term scheduling, quality control, trade coordination, logistics, inspections, and turnover. The successful candidate will bring strong experience delivering multi-storey cast-in-place concrete residential projects in a constrained urban environment and will lead the site team from mobilization through occupancy and closeout.

- The expected salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000, with final compensation determined by the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive site supervision experience, including at least 3 years as a Superintendent or Senior Assistant Superintendent on major multi-residential or mixed-use projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering cast-in-place concrete mid-rise or high-rise residential construction in the GTA; experience with projects valued above $50 million is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable regulations, municipal inspection processes, and construction best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and manage master schedules, three-week look-ahead schedules, site logistics plans, concrete forming cycles, hoisting plans, and occupancy/turnover sequencing.
- Strong understanding of excavation, shoring, foundations, structure, building envelope, mechanical and electrical systems, interior finishes, commissioning, and deficiency management.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, site instructions, and consultant reports, and to identify constructability and coordination issues before they affect the work.
- Demonstrated leadership of site staff, self-perform labour, trade contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants.
