They are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive wood frame construction experience. The successful candidate will lead diverse projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all responsibilities under CCDC 17 contracts

• Prepare monthly project reports and coordinate approvals

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Aid with tender packages and bid analysis preparation

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum two full-cycle projects in wood frame construction

• Proficient in CCDC contract management

• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
