Position: Construction Supervisor for Restoration Projects
Take the lead in restoration services as a Construction Supervisor at Restoration Mate. Oversee diverse projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area and ensure they align with company standards and customer satisfaction.

As a vital member of the Restoration Mate team, you will manage and supervise restoration and reconstruction projects from inception to completion.

Your role will encompass coordinating trades and subcontractors, performing site inspections, managing schedules, and ensuring safety compliance on multiple job sites. This hands-on position requires strong organization and communication skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on restoration projects

• Manage multiple site visits to monitor progress and quality

• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Develop and maintain effective project schedules

• Serve as customer point of contact for project updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in construction supervision
