Your role will emphasize safety leadership and adherence to EH&S policies.
In this position, you will lead Environmental Health & Safety protocols on a significant construction project, focusing on regulatory compliance and safety training. Your ability to assess safety measures and implement action plans will contribute to driving safety standards and reducing incident rates. Collaboration with project teams is essential to create an awareness of safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety assessments and risk mitigation efforts
• Educate staff on Environmental Health & Safety protocols
• Enforce project-specific safety initiatives and compliance
• Communicate safety performance improvements to leadership
• Conduct audits and issue safety violation reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or Engineering required
• At least 4 years of safety experience in construction
• Must obtain CHST certification within 2 years
• Completed OSHA 30-hour training is essential
• Proven communication and teamwork skills necessary
