As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager in organizing various construction project aspects.
Your role will include providing support during the tender phase, coordinating plans and shop drawings, and ensuring timely communication of changes to the construction site. With your expertise, contribute to creating a collaborative work environment focused on Broccolini’s core values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager in organizing construction projects
• Liaise with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists
• Coordinate and follow up on plans and shop drawings
• Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Manage change orders and communicate changes promptly
Requirements:
• 1 - 5 years of project coordination experience in construction
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Civil, or Architecture
• Strong knowledge of contracts and specifications
• Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
