Take the next step in your construction career as a Lead Hand based in Toronto. We need experienced individuals to manage job sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are a fast-growing construction and restoration company seeking two Lead Hands. This role demands robust knowledge of construction practices and effective site supervision skills. You’ll coordinate trades, oversee schedules, and ensure the safety of your site while travelling to various locations including Niagara, Ottawa, Muskoka, and Parry Sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction site operations and daily tasks

• Manage and coordinate various trades and staff

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices

• Foster clear communication among project stakeholders

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of construction tools

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in supervising construction sites

• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and construction practices

• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation preferred

• Solid leadership and effective communication skills

• Commitment to quality and safety in workmanship
