Position: Site Supervisor for Infrastructure Projects
Join Arcadis as a Site Supervisor to ensure exceptional construction management for rail and major infrastructure projects. Utilize your technical expertise and field experience to monitor compliance and enhance construction quality.

This position requires a seasoned Site Supervisor to assist the Construction Phase Services (CPS) Lead  will ensure compliance with IFC drawings and relevant codes while providing essential field observations. With specialized experience in rail and transit construction, you'll monitor project activities and facilitate collaboration among teams to solve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveillance of construction works

• Verify adherence to engineering specifications and standards

• Document site inspections and prepare detailed reports

• Assist in resolving technical issues and RFIs

• Support the CPS team with inspection tracking and coordination

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• 7 - 10 years in construction inspection or observation

• Knowledge of CSA standards and Ontario Building Code

• Proficient in scheduling software and digital tools

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
