This position involves cooperating closely with the Foreman to load, rake, and spread asphalt mix efficiently. You'll leverage your experience as a skidsteer operator to support construction efforts while adhering to safety guidelines and ensuring quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and prepare asphalt mix using skidsteer

• Spread asphalt while maintaining pace

• Assist with equipment operation and tool usage

• Enforce safety measures on job sites

• Maintain a clean workspace by managing debris

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must possess a valid G driver’s license

• Minimum of 2 years of skidsteer operation

• Construction background is preferred

• Must be fit enough to lift 70+ pounds regularly
