Lead demolition projects in a full-time role as a Demolition Foreman. This position offers a competitive hourly salary of $43.00 and involves direct oversight on-site.
We are seeking an experienced Demolition Foreman with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include supervising activities, improving productivity, and managing costs and materials effectively. Training opportunities will also be part of your role, requiring excellent organizational skills and judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
• Estimate costs and materials for demolition projects
• Operate CADD and other computer software systems
• Co-ordinate activities with other project supervisors
• Train staff or arrange necessary training sessions
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of related supervisory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Strong organizational and reliability skills
• Permanent or valid temporary residency in Canada
