Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules

• Review bids and manage trade contractor selection

• Prepare budgets and manage cost tracking systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant college diploma

• At least 10 years of project management experience

• Knowledge of construction practices and trades
