Position: Assistant Superintendent - Overnight Shift Role
Join Ferrovial Construction as an Assistant Superintendent handling night shifts focused on the Ontario Line project. You will play a vital role in coordinating construction activities efficiently and safely.

This role operates from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and supports the General Superintendent in maintaining site compliance with construction standards. You will oversee scheduling, manage subcontractors, and address on-site challenges to ensure project timelines and budget are met. Your leadership will be critical in supervising employees and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily site management for compliance and quality

• Monitor and resolve work performance issues

• Assist in planning schedules and manpower needs

• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation

• Enforce safety regulations and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years civil construction experience

• Strong understanding of safety and quality control

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

• Leadership experience with trades and contractors

• Post-secondary education in a related field
