Arcadis is searching for an experienced Site Supervisor to support our CPS Lead during key phases of major infrastructure projects. Your strong background in rail and transit construction will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations align with design specifications and quality standards. You will actively engage with multidisciplinary teams to tackle any technical issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor field operations and verify compliance with project specifications

• Document inspection activities with thorough reports

• Facilitate coordination between design and construction teams

• Identify potential installation issues or non-conformances

• Maintain accurate records of inspections and monitoring tools

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

• 7 - 10 years in relevant construction roles

• Familiarity with CSA standards and Ontario Electrical Safety Code

• Strong communication skills for client engagements

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
