Join our team as a Demolition Foreman, a full-time position with an hourly wage of $43.00. This role is essential for coordinating demolition projects on-site.
Ideal candidates will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the demolition field. Key tasks include resolving work issues, optimizing productivity, and providing technical advice. Effective coordination with project managers and reading blueprints is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve work problems and enhance productivity
• Co-ordinate and schedule demolition activities
• Estimating material and cost requirements
• Train crew members or arrange for training
• Operate CADD and other relevant software
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated judgment and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in Canada (permanent or temporary)
• Strong team coordination and reliability
