Join Aecon Group Inc. as a Co-op Project Coordinator, focusing on infrastructure development across Canada for 8-12 months. You will play a key role in project analysis, cost tracking, and supporting project management activities.
This position is ideal for students in their 2nd or 3rd year of Civil Engineering or Construction Management programs, particularly those with some construction or utility industry experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects progress efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and providing necessary field support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive project data analysis and reports
• Review and generate contract and construction documents
• Monitor project costs and productivity
• Keep detailed records on active and completed projects
• Assist field staff with technical support
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Familiarity with MS Office and Project software
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Valid license and readiness to travel to job sites
