Engineering and Construction Project Coordinator

Drive project success as an Engineering and Construction Project Coordinator with Aecon Civil, focusing on scheduling and comprehensive coordination. Work primarily in Canada and the U.S.

As a key player reporting to the Project Director, you will take the lead in planning, scheduling, and implementing project milestones. Your expertise in reading project contracts and managing budgets will support effective project execution. Additionally, your ability to interface with clients will ensure project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project plans with milestones and labor requirements

• Control spending with efficient budget management

• Deliver status reports on project milestones to clients

• Coordinate labor with trades and subcontractors

• Evaluate project design changes and specifications

Requirements:

• Educational background in Construction or Engineering

• Minimum three years' experience in a heavy construction environment

• Proficient in MS Office and construction software

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP

• Mobility to travel as needed for projects
