As a Senior Scheduler, your main goal will be to develop and maintain comprehensive work schedules for the stations within the Ontario Line Southern Civil package. You will be responsible for collaborating with the project team to deliver effective scheduling, ensuring timely updates from construction teams, and producing comprehensive contractor schedules every month. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will play a critical role in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive progress on baseline schedules through team collaboration
• Develop and refine detailed scheduling strategies
• Prepare and validate contractor schedule submissions
• Analyze and adjust weekly look-ahead schedules
• Participate actively in team meetings and discussions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• 5+ years of work in project scheduling
• Experienced with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
