Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates for all project phases

• Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for materials and labor

Requirements:

• 7+ years in pre-construction and quantity surveying

• University Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

• Membership in CIQS or RICS preferred

• Strong analytical and communication skills
