• Mentor, manage, and lead field teams on-site

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in construction

• 8+ years of high-rise / ICI construction experience

• Strong relationship-building skills with trade partners

• Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance

• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Share Point
