Construction Site Supervisor

Position: Construction Site Supervisor Needed
Elevate major infrastructure projects as a Construction Site Supervisor with Arcadis. This role emphasizes rail and transit experience while ensuring compliance with quality systems on-site.

Become an integral member of the CPS team, collaborating closely with the CPS Lead and contractors on site. You will conduct construction observations and provide technical support, vital for verifying adherence to IFC drawings and approved shop plans. This position calls for a proactive approach to identify and resolve potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site observations and maintain accurate records

• Support quality control measures and compliance verification

• Facilitate coordination between construction and design teams

• Document field observations in compliance with CPS procedures

• Attend site coordination and progress meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in engineering or construction field

• 7-10 years in construction observation or inspection

• In-depth understanding of applicable standards

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
