Drive excellence in construction as a Field Specialist with Bantrel on the transformative Ontario Line Project. Oversee Exhibition Station construction while promoting quality and safety standards in this full-time role.
As a Field Specialist in the Civil/Structural Field Engineering department at Bantrel, you will be integral to supervising the construction of Exhibition Station, a vital part of Toronto's transit system. This position demands a strong foundation in quality assurance, safety protocols, and comprehensive construction oversight for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee PCo works on-site as a Delivery Partner representative
• Lead field teams in safety and construction practices
• Coordinate Work Plans, Risk Assessments, and Deviation Requests
• Ensure compliance with rail corridor access requirements
• Maintain daily records of construction activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years in infrastructure or transit construction
• Experience in construction supervision roles
• Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
