Position: Site Superintendent Role with Deveraux in GTA
Lead residential projects as a Site Superintendent with Deveraux in the Greater Toronto Area. Champion safety and quality in delivering multi-storey apartment communities.

This role involves close collaboration with project leaders to manage site operations from start to finish. You will be responsible for scheduling, quality assurance, and overseeing trade coordination. Significant experience in urban concrete construction is required to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site operations and ensure organization

• Take charge of site safety protocols and inspections

• Develop master schedules and communicate plans

• Coordinate logistics and manage trades on-site

• Guide and develop site staff through mentorship

Requirements:

• 8+ years in site supervision, focusing on residential projects

• Experience with projects exceeding $50 million in value

• In-depth knowledge of Ontario Building Code

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills

• Valid Ontario driver’s license for site mobility
