Position: Project Coordinator for Glazing Projects

As a Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of glazing projects. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking budgets and schedules, coordinating RFIs and change orders, and communicating with various stakeholders. This position is tailored for those eager to advance into a Project Manager role within one to three years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in project lifecycle activities

• Maintain documentation for submittals and shop drawings

• Track project costs and assist with variance reporting

• Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules

• Attend site visits to learn about installation procedures

Requirements:

• 1-4 years in construction project coordination

• Familiarity with architectural drawings or willingness to learn

• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office

• Education in construction management or related fields is an asset

• Strong organizational and communication skills
