Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced consultant with 7-10+ years in cost/commercial management. In this senior role, you will lead cost estimation efforts, engaging in value engineering workshops and delivering robust cost plans. Collaborate with high-performing project teams to ensure optimal solutions are achieved while actively interfacing with stakeholders throughout project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed construction cost estimates and plans
• Conduct cost planning and options analysis
• Facilitate value engineering workshops for cost savings
• Manage post-contract cost evaluations and reporting
• Interface with clients and stakeholders on project financials
Requirements:
• 7+ years in cost/commercial management
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Experience with cost estimating software
