We are seeking a dedicated Roofer Helper with a secondary school diploma and 1 to 7 months of experience. You will work various locations, supporting roofing and construction tasks. Your responsibilities include mixing materials, maintaining equipment, and transporting construction supplies to ensure smooth operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials daily

• Mix and pour materials like concrete and asphalt

• Assist in framing houses and erecting walls

• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

• Remove debris and rubble from the work site

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• Experience range of 1 to 7 months preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with the team

• Dependable and reliable work ethic

• Willingness to participate in youth mentorship opportunities
