Lead Estimator Civil Projects

As the Lead Estimator, you will report to the Estimating Manager, driving the creation of organized and competitive estimates for civil infrastructure initiatives.

Your role involves a blend of leadership, meticulous project scope analysis, and collaboration with clients and internal partners. You will play a critical part in ensuring that estimates are actionable and compliant.

• Lead the development of structured cost estimates
• Collaborate with teams and clients during bidding processes
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and manage procurement tasks
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings
• Review tender documents for accuracy and completeness

• Minimum 10 years’ estimating experience in civil construction
• Robust knowledge of various civil contract types
• Leadership experience with mentorship responsibilities
• Proven negotiation skills with vendors
• Background checks required
