This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction-qualified professional to support competitive bids, accurate budgets, and high-quality project pursuits across the ICI sector.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities- 3 to 5+ years of estimating experience within ICI construction.
- Ability to prepare takeoffs, budgets, bid packages, and subcontractor comparisons.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with project teams, trades, and clients.
Market-competitive salary from $100K to $130K based on experience. Medical, dental, vision, wellness, and insurance support.
