Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for millwork projects

• Perform material takeoffs and labour estimations

• Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors

• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities

• Support value engineering and feasibility assessments

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years estimating in millwork or related fields

• Proficient in reading technical and architectural drawings

• Strong grasp of millwork materials and processes

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and local requirements
