Project Manager For Scale Construction

Lead the delivery of complex construction projects as a skilled Project Manager.

Oversee the Centre of Expertise Project, ensuring timely completion, safety, and community involvement.

As a qualified Project Manager with over 12 years in the field, you will manage large-scale projects valued from $25 million to over $100 million. This role focuses on coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring rigorous adherence to construction standards and timelines.

Your solid technical knowledge and leadership will drive project success from inception to execution.

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from design to completion
• Ensure consistent in office oversight and risk management
• Maintain accountability of design and construction vendors
• Track project costs, schedules, and changes
• Facilitate project communications among all stakeholders

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 12+ years of construction project management experience
• Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety regulations
• Preferably hold PMP or Gold Seal certifications
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
