Our client is searching for a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years in project management to oversee activities from pre-construction to closeout. The role requires expertise in CCDC contracts and a thorough understanding of construction processes. You will coordinate with estimators, vendors, and internal teams to align project delivery plans with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project management activities from planning to completion
• Coordinate CCDC contract issuance and administration
• Review and validate procurement pricing and vendor quotes
• Ensure compliance with construction schedules and site plans
• Manage risks associated with project scope and budget
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• At least 7 years of project management experience
• Proficient in CCDC contracts and construction documentation
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies and vendor negotiations
• Experience with Procore or similar management software
