Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading tenant improvement projects across various commercial sectors, overseeing project planning, budget management, and client relationships in the Lower Mainland and BC.
Key Responsibilities- Direct multiple tenant improvement projects from start to finish
- Work closely with Site Managers to guarantee project success
- Monitor budgets, assess risks, and manage margins
- Strengthen client relationships to secure project approvals
- Maintain organizational accountability throughout project phases
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Expertise in tenant improvement across various sectors
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid financial management skills in budgets and margins
- Independent and organized work ethic
