Senior Estimator in Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a skilled Senior Estimator with a Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience. You will engage with stakeholders on complex engineering projects, validating estimates and enhancing value engineering efforts. Your expertise will ensure effective cost management throughout project stages, supporting aviation, transit, and highways initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce independent estimates for infrastructure clients

• Validate continuous estimate submissions from contractors

• Present cost options to project stakeholders

• Engage in value engineering and risk assessment workshops

• Collaborate with project teams for client success

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• 8+ years in cost estimating for infrastructure
